The Lifeforce Weekend Residential Seminar is an inspirational weekend, set in the beautiful, tranquil surrounding of the York Fairmont Resort with Shifu Max Austin, to help you make sustainable changes in your life.

The Weekend Seminar will allow you to learn, practice and enjoy the awakening, pleasure and relaxation of the gentle, thorough and holistic training in the yin side of Cho Chiao Kung Fu.

These in-depth seminars are designed to assist in both dealing and progressing with life, dealing with life’s traumas and stresses, achieving success in career family and health. The seminars will be held at York Fairmont Resort in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney from Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon, 27th February to 1st March, 2009.
